Just as in 2024, our team-building days were once again led by Ms. Anke Lüneburg this year.
Last year, the groups were still divided between office and production staff. This year, the groups were mixed. This gave everyone the opportunity to get to know colleagues they don’t work with on a daily basis even better. After reflecting on the past year, each person then presented their work. A highlight was the Lego® Serious Play® method. Here, colleagues were asked to build various models. Everything from a bridge to a representation of the company was included. Creativity was key. Afterward, Ms. Lüneburg shared a few valuable tips for the future.
